The fall of apple affected many applications.
Apple has managed to recover from the global outage of its services that occurred on Monday afternoon. A computer failure caused users to be unable to access applications such as the App Store, Apple TV or iCloud.
The failures in the company's services began to be detected by users in the middle of the afternoon and on the company's website a total of 17 different services came to appear as "interrupted".
In addition to the applications already mentioned, the map service, the calendar, AppleCare -the health application-, Apple Arcade or Apple Music were also affected.
The company did not reveal details of the incident at any time, although it finally managed to restore services.
Apple services and applications were down around 6:00 p.m., Spanish peninsular time, however, Apple System Status did not indicate any type of problem. At approximately 6:30 p.m., the website began updating with details of the outage and acknowledging that several services were experiencing an outage. Around 8:40 p.m., the Apple website was updated to indicate that the problems had been resolved.
During the crash, Apple provided little information as it was still investigating the cause of the problem. The drop affected the download of applications from the company's official store, the iCloud mail service and the viewing of content on demand Apple TV + and Apple Music.
